Back in the civilization

As expected I'm back to being stuck to a computer.... well... so what? I missed it :P I guess... But being away from all this was really nice too and I can't say I felt bad about being away from all of the things I'm used to. I have already adapted myself to the city life... as quickly as I adapted myself to life as it was a 100 years ago or even more... before the electricity... a long time before the TV or the computer was invented... even before you could get water from a water crane in your house... but the sad thing is that this is still how many people around the world are living today... I didn't really miss anything in the summerhouse in Åland... I never do. I love it there. Close to the ocean (for me it is an ocean anyway), close to the forest, close to the nature... birds, insects and lots of other animals... not a human in sight... except for you and the people you are there with and the people you can see when they pass by in their boats.... but I even get annoyed at some people in boats because they are driving to near I think... and too slow (and sometimes staring like I'm some kind of tourist attraction...) or they drive too fast and are too loud... but that is not the worst part.... the fuel they have in their boats is not very gentle for the environment... the great ocean... the wonderful ocean.... the ocean I will then go swimming in... the ocean where the fishes and the birds lives in... I become a hermit there... just want to be alone with the nature.... see it.. feel it.... protect it from danger... I even feel bad when an insect dies... I even get upset with my dad for killing insects... I keep saying that if you don't hurt them they won't hurt you... but well I know I'm not totally right... but what I feel is that if we love the nature it will love us too... if we let the insects have their life then most of them let us have ours alone too...
Nowhere else I can relax as much as I can there.... it is liberating to be so isolated and to be living such an easy life.
I'm glad I have a computer at home though.... it is wonderful to spend some time there in the summer.... I do it every summer. But I'm also glad that I don't have to be there in the winter....
But it is amazing how much I read when I don't have access to a computer or a TV... I have been finishing five books during 7 days or so... but well I had started to read on all of them :P But yet I was unable to finish them all at my home... thanks to going to bed too late to have time to read... so it is a great place to get books read... a great place to go swimming and if it is good weather it is really good to get some color on your pale skin too... unfortunately I'm always too slow to realize that I can get any color so I always get the funniest tans there.... my left leg must be worse... will see if I can level off that tan.... last year was tricky too with my T-shirt burn and then the top that made my back look weird... I leveled it off a little too well last year.... fried my whole backside in Spain... won't do that again :P
This year I also brought my new camera and had fun taking a lot of pictures in the nature... especially of bumble bees and other insects... I got an amazing photo of a dragonfly too... It looked so good that I might consider magnifying it and put it on the wall.
I treated a bumble bee like my pet... it was like my pet... It was my bumble bee model. I took a lot of close ups on it. It was so cute that I wanted to pet it... feel its soft fur... (but I couldn't do that because I didn't want to hurt it...) and I had it crawling on my hand several times and I think it even bite me a little one time but it didn't hurt... and it flew back to my hand, flew inside with me and then it drank some water from the table outside and kept me company... I was hoping for some more company from the birds... but they were more shy then usual so this year I had a bumble bee pet... cute animals... and totally harmless... but I'm not even afraid of wasps... they landed on me too sometimes... I know they can hurt you but if you stay calm they won't do it normally.
I also discovered some places I haven't seen yet around the summerhouses... I've been there 25 times (I were not there when I was 2 years old) and I still haven't discovered everything around the summerhouses.... there are always new things to see... although some places I've surely seen 25 times and know them all too well...
I saw a tree that I love.... no... I saw two trees that I love... one that was dead and one that was miraculously still alive.... The dead tree was like taken from a movie.... It would fit perfectly in any Tim Burton movie... a big beautiful dead pine tree... a ghost tree... if I had taken a photo of it in the night it would had been even better...

Well, I'll might show you some more pictures later... I have around 400 pictures to go through and I love my camera :) Ah... must go to investigate more things... it is so nice... I want to take close ups of everything.... I want to buy a telephoto lens and look like a paparazzi....
